Our mission is to create connections, both across the table and across borders.
We share revenue with the food and drink producers featured in our experiences.
Here’s what we’ve done so far:

JAN 2025—Peter J. Kim, former founding director of the Museum of Food and Drink, launches the Infinite Table.

MARCH 2025—The Infinite Table team begins production of its inaugural pop-up experience, Oaxaca: Tierra y Tiempo.

MAY 2025—The Infinite Table is featured in The New York Times.

JUNE 2025—Oaxaca: Tierra y Tiempo sells out within days. 99.3% of guests say they want to come back.

AUGUST 2025—The Infinite Table prepares to open a permanent brick-and-mortar location with additional experiences. Guess where we're going next!
